Multiple Programs
Applicants who operate multiple programs may apply for participation in the Expansion Project. Applicants will need to set up a master application for one site and then may add application information for each additional site. Each site will be evaluated independently. Sites not located within a qualifying ZIP code will not be eligible for participation in the Expansion Project, even if the provider operates other sites that do qualify.
