After the Site Visit
After completion of the site visit, an assessment report will be prepared. This report will include the provider’s status (Licensed Plus or Approved Provider) and a list of any recommendations for improvements. If improvements are recommended, the provider will be given the opportunity to address these issues within 21 calendar days. Improvements will be considered in the final ratings.
